Perfect stay – we’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Mosaic Urban Hotel in Chania! A very special thanks to Ada, who is truly the sweetest and most helpful host. Every single day, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuinely cared about how our day went.
She helped us with everything: showing us the best spots on the map, helping us book reservations, and guiding us with the local buses. Her hospitality made our trip so seamless and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Everyone was also very sweet, and the hotel location was perfect for everything and close to all the main spots. It felt very safe and quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in a very convenient location

We had a great stay at Mosaic. Very nice and clean room (meant in deluxe suite), larger in size than the simple rooms with spacious bathroom, in a very beautifully renovated building. We found its location very convenient, close to the old town, very close to the bus station and central city stops (we didn't have a car and used public transportation a lot). Also, it is very close to the market and in stands preferred by locals. A quarter walk away is the beach of New Country.

Delightful

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Mosaic. The room and bathroom were very good, nicely styled and very well maintained. The location is very close to the bus station, and an easy walk into the old town. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakery, markets , close by to have breakfast. The hotel does offer a breakfast delivered to the room as well. The ladies on the front desk are lovely and very helpful. Very enjoyable stay.
