Ottima esperienza

We stayed at the Mcity Hotel in Chania from August 3rd to 10th. The hotel is located in a strategic spot, just outside the pedestrian zone of the Venetian Harbor, which is an easy 5 to 10-minute walk away. It was very convenient to park in the partner parking lot located right across from the hotel. Katerina was wonderful, as was all of the staff. The room was small but functional, with a very comfortable mattress. While breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, it was always fresh and of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay just steps from the center of Chania in a welcoming, well-kept environment.

The staff were friendly, and helpful. Water pressure in the bathroom was not good at the beginning, but it got resolved.

Greece in my ❤️

We stayed at this property and couldn't have asked for better. The location is truly excellent for touring the area and the cleanliness is taken care of down to the smallest detail. What makes the difference, however, is the human factor: all the staff is very kind, and a special thanks goes to Mrs. Elena for her exquisite kindness and hospitality. We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay at the M City Hotel in Chania. The rooms were super clean, spacious and with a modern and functional layout and decoration. The breakfast was very nice, too. And last but not least, the front desk personnel was efficient and responsive, particularly Kleio, who always greeted us with a big smile and helped us diligently every time we needed anything.

Check in very helpful and quick. We were close to the old town which we very much enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. Room was small but clean.
