Fantastic location, large apartment with a private car parking space!
My partner and I stayed at Black Suites for 3 nights last week. Firstly, the hosts of this apartment are absolutely amazing and so accommodating. We were travelling to Chania after staying in Elafonisi which was 2 hours away. They were so easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and it made the entire process really smooth. I let them know when we were an hour away, and we were met at the property.
There is a private parking space directly outside, which is really rare to find and one of the main reasons we booked this apartment! The location is fantastic, just a short walk down the road and you are in the old marina. There are loads of restaurants nearby, and Chania is extremely walkable so everywhere is accessible.
The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, and a really large studio. There is a small private outdoor area too at the front of the property which was really nice to use. The apartment comes with a large fridge and also a washing machine. The bathroom was very modern, quite small and more like a wet-room, but this wasn't an issue for us at all! The space is used very cleverly and for two of us it worked perfectly fine. We notified the host of the hot water not working one day, and immediately this was fixed.
The host also gave us a really in depth list of recommendations in the are which we really appreciated - we were recommended Pantos Kairou as a restaurant the family visit and it really did not disappoint! Further out from the touristy places, this restaurant was so authentic and it felt like we were the only tourists there which made it even more special!
Thank you for a lovely stay - we will definitely stay here again whenever we are next in Chania, Crete.

Unfortunately, I didn’t end up staying at the apartments due to the Middle East conflict and flight cancellations. But I would like to write a review to highlight exceptional communication and customer care.
As soon as I booked, the team was warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Every message was answered promptly and thoughtfully, and it was clear that they take real pride in looking after their guests.
The hotel handled my travel situation with kindness and professionalism, which left a very strong impression.
It’s rare to encounter such genuine, human service, and it gave me complete confidence in the way Black Suites is run. I will definitely be re-booking here on my next visit to Crete.

Great stay! Family was very helpful in giving advice for things to do and restaurants. The place was really clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again! Definitely appreciated the coffee, raki, and other extras they added in as well! Great location.

The bed is very spacious, the pillows like a puddleThe room is spacious and spacious with all the lounges.The room also provides seafood towels.You can make coffee and fill your own breakfast.
