Perfection

Fab hotel right in the center of Chania on the venetian harbour. Best views on the island. Spoil your self and go for the delux room with a extended terrace. No better way to end an evening looking at the views . Rooms are compact but spotless and the excellent staff feel like family. Honestly its bliss.

Fabulous stay with exceptional view!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in April. Gina checked us in and was so welcoming. In her words 'no answer is no'. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in a petite room with balcony and harbour view. The room was so well thought out with ample storage, air conditioning, lovely shower room, fridge, coffee machine and comfy bed and linen. All spotless. Gina was happy to provide Ice for our balcony drinks and she wasn't even fazed when I thought I'd lost my key. No "that will cost you'!! (It was in our room!) The owner, Manos was always on hand and was equally as helpful. We made a great choice for our short stay in Chania.

Never again

The only thing good of this hotel is the location. Next to the harbour and venecian port.
Hotel with so small rooms that the in my room there wasnt a bed table. I had to put my suitcase.

Best view and staff in Chania.

We received the warmest of welcomes from Valeria, she kindly helped us park and kept our luggage safe as we were very early for checking in. When we returned, Valeria took us up to our room and wow! The view was amazing, absolutely stunning. The room, small but perfectly formed, beautiful linen and a lovely comfortable bed. The terrace was a huge bonus, watching Chania waking up in the morning and then watching the crowds in the evening. The sun loungers are super comfy and the terrace is a suntrap in the afternoon. Both Valeria and Gina are a credit to this hotel, they made us feel like family, they were so helpful and kind - a level of service that is rare these days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate in returning.

The ONLY place to stay in Chania

Not only is this hotel in the BEST location, but it has the BEST and perfect view right over the harbor. The greatest part of the hotel, however, is Gina. She is our Cretan Greek goddess, she is absolutely amazing. She is welcoming, caring, patient. She makes you feel right at home. I can’t wait to come back to Crete, and I only want to stay in this hotel. I will not even look elsewhere, and I hope to see Gina again the next time I’m here!
