OIKOGENIC VACATIONS
Comfortable and clean rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and in the bathroom you found hot water. The beds had air conditioning. The garden is amazing, we ate our breakfast The beach at 200m and a good tavern nearby. The beaches of Vathis and Agios Nikolaos are the best in the area. The area has a lot to see. The hostess amazing

Normal stay...
We stay in Villa Annilena around 10 night to enjoy all beach from Trizonia to Galaxity
All night were comfortable and the rooms clean and quite.
Only if someone smoking around your room or cooking fish you can imagine whats happen…
Air condition is new and working properly.
The daughter of the boss (very lovely and funny guy) talk sufficient english and is clear to explain all the things that you need. Only is mother is quite unlikable…
Few thing that you can do to increase the experience:
Doing something on the bathroom because is smelling. Also if we clean with our products no way.
Common washing machine per floor like other Studios have in Erateini, should be good.
Wifi psw, there was misunderstanding between internet working and wifi router connection. The psw doesn’t work with my macBook’s and i-phones so what was wrong? No idea!
About the balls for basket? Why every time they were hided somewhere? If you don’t want children’s plays at specified times, just advise or write on the wall the rules. Easy for everybody.
Anyway is suggested this structure only for short period or emergency stay.

Excellent choice, clean room, lovely people
Excellent choice for a family, and for visiting the many nice surrounding villages from Galaxidi up to Nafpaktos and more... It is quiet, yet not far from Erateini centre, and close to Deplhi beach hotel. The beach is not nice in front, but, then, there is no superb beach on the whole coastline anyway! Erateini front is better as a beach, but the hospitality and quality of service in these spotless apartments make them our number one choice for everytime we wish to visit the area. Well done mr Kostas!

Grande spiaggia, grande ospitalita'.
Appartamenti ampi e puliti con ottimo comfort, con spiaggia vicinissima sul golfo di Corinto. Vicino si trova il magico sito di Delphi. Mare e serenita' senza nessun problema di parcheggio. A pochi passi una taverna a conduzione familiare offre ottime cene con pesce. Da rivivere.

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά
Είχα κάνει κράτηση στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα μέσω του booking. 10 μέρες πριν την ημερομηνία της κράτησης έλαβα email από το website ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την πληρωμή. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ενημέρωσε για το πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζε και ακύρωσε αμέσως την κρά τηση. Μετά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με δική μου πάντα πρωτοβουλία δεν μου έδωσε την δυνατότητα να αλλάξω κάρτα ή να τον πληρώσω με κάποιον άλλο τρόπο. Το να κρεμάς χωρίς ενημέρωση 10 μέρες πριν την κράτηση είναι απαράδεκτο και αντιεπαγγελματικό. Ακόμα περιμένω ένα τηλέφωνο για την συγνώμη. Καμία αξιοπρέπεια.
