Great positionse
A good experience. Site close to small supermarkets, clubs and beach. Cleanliness was in the standard of graciz including change of towels and sheets. Nice owners. You can safely gig around the area on foot. Parking is not in the structure but is easily and free of charge in an area nn far away.

Very bad! We'd rather leave and lose the advance.
Very bad room. The photos showing the accommodation focus on three new beds that we discovered close to being in a very small dirty and old space. The 3 beds were united! The kitchen stinked and it was dirty! The closet was so old it had a smell! The address informed us that he would come in every 2nd day to get the garbage! The room looked more like a warehouse! We preferred to lose the deposit and move to another accommodation! Be careful because the photos are misleading!

I would never choose to go again. I've never had such an experience before
Unfortunately for us from the beginning went wrong. While he knew we were arriving very early the room we had booked was not available. Due to fatigue we chose a lower room than the renovated one we had closed.
The room stinked and garbage was found under the bed.
On the third day we noticed that a large bag of things we had bought were missing from the room either for coffee preparation or snack. When he was informed Mr. Dimitris claimed that this is happening and various other excuses.We rented from the same car.
Indeed asked because of the morning flight if we would go accepted and after closing the price in retrospect with a message asked for warranty in advance for damage and to take us airport extra money informed us a day before.

Beautiful stay in Benitses
Maria is exceptional. For anything is always available. He recommended great restaurants, rented us a scooter at great prices, booked a taxi and organizes tours and excursions at affordable prices. Finding people like that makes the holiday much easier. Perfect for those looking for simplicity and great value for money

Lovely host, good conditions, good price
My wife and I spent a whole week over at Art Studio, in Benitses.
Although our flight was delayed and we arrived late at the accomodation, our host, Miss Maria waited for us and we were given our room straight away.
The room was nice and cozy. We even had a kitchen area equipped with the necesary appliances in case we wanted to cook.
The kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom were all clean.
An important aspect is that we had at our disposal air conditioning for the hot days and nights (it was included in the accomodation so no additional costs were required).
Miss Maria was very nice to us and helped us with all the requested information, guiding us theough Benitses.
The beach is very close and the area is very quiet.
I would like recommend this place to anyone who values a genuine low cost and friendly holiday experience.
