Great hotel in Athens right in Kifisia.
The hotel has parking available across the street on a large property. You can pull up, park in front of the hotel, unload your luggage, and then turn right at the traffic light, then right again, then right again, and once more right through the gate before the traffic light, and you are on the property; it's actually quite easy. There were also no issues with anyone wanting a confirmation for parking.
It was very straightforward.
My wife and I were warmly greeted at the hotel, and we were assigned our requested room, a suite.
The suite is large, spacious, and very clean. A big shout-out to the cleaning team.
The breakfast is also highly recommended, and the selection is extensive. There are freshly prepared fried eggs and omelets.
Additionally, there are various cheeses, salmon, jam, bread, etc. There is also freshly squeezed orange juice. The only downside is that there is no whole grain bread.
The staff at breakfast are also very friendly, competent, and helpful.
The staff at the reception are very competent, friendly, and take care of all special requests from the guests.
We ordered a glass of wine one evening in the restaurant downstairs, and the service there was excellent, and the wine was good as well. There were also complimentary nuts served with it.
This hotel is truly something special. Already from the location, right in Kifisia, a very green district of Athens.
One can also explore quite a bit on foot from the hotel, and there are shops and restaurants that are not far away. Right across the street is a beautiful park. It is worth visiting this park.
We can definitely recommend this hotel, and we felt very comfortable there.

What a lovely find and a beautiful quiet neighbourhood
Staff are friendly and the place is very clean and organized. Not particularly expensive we were surprised that it feels like a mini-luxury boutique hotel though the rooms are certainly on the smaller / more practical side (lovely single seat balconies). Free parking across the street an added bonus!
We had a drink on the rooftop which has great views (too far from popular tourist attractions though).
We did go into central Athens by Uber and were very happy for the peace / cleanliness of Kifissia on our return.
