Right under the Acropolis!!

Absolutely gorgeous old mansion turned boutique hotel. Your hotel is right under the Acropolis, I don't believe you can get any closer.
The only drawback is no elevator if you have a disability. Otherwise, perfect for most.
Breakfast was scrumptious, and Angela was more than accommodating. The location is amazing. I love this place and would definitely stay there again.

Bad Experiences staying at Kyria Boutiques House

The biggest advantage of this property is its location, which is truly excellent and within easy reach of the main attractions. Unfortunately, that is where most of the positives end.
We booked and paid a premium rate for a Junior Suite with Balcony, expecting a comfortable and well-managed stay. However, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The access code to enter the property was never provided in advance, leaving us stranded outside until my wife had to make an international phone call to obtain it.
Communication throughout our stay was extremely poor. Multiple emails and WhatsApp messages regarding various issues went unanswered. When we reported that the cold water system in the shower was malfunctioning and making it difficult to regulate the water temperature, the issue was misunderstood and the hot water was checked instead. As a result, the problem remained unresolved during our stay.
There are also safety concerns. The staircase lacks a proper handrail near the upper level, making it difficult and potentially dangerous for guests carrying large suitcases.
Another major drawback is the noise. Our room faced a busy area, and noise from outside continued until around 2:00 a.m. each night. Guests looking for a peaceful night's sleep should be aware of this.
Breakfast was included, but the quality was average at best. If you arrive after 9:00 a.m., most of the food is already cold. Only the sausages and ham remained warm, while the rest of the selection was not particularly appealing.
Overall, while the location is superb, the accommodation itself did not justify the price we paid. Poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, nighttime noise, and disappointing breakfast quality significantly affected our stay.
Would I stay here again? No.
Would I recommend it? Only if location is your sole priority and you are willing to overlook the other shortcomings.
One major false information is the website that showed located in the major road. I think this being made by AI to fool every guest looking for a good location hotel in Athens

It is located right in the tourist area and is in an old mansion/building. the room has an updated bath which worked well, the bed was decent and the a/c was good. The breakfast was okay, not anything special compared to other places we stayed in Greece. One table does have a view of the Parthenon in the rooftop breakfast. For the price, we were expecting a bit more as we stayed a block away at another hotel a week earlier for a little more than half the price, we realize we should have stayed there again instead. There is no desk and we had to use a code to open the doors and had confusion at first because there are two different entrances to the hotel depending on your room number. This wasted a good 30 minutes by the time the person was able to explain that we were at the wrong entrance.

Perfect location.. steps from the Acropolis and the museum. Wouldn’t advise it for older people or anyone with balance issues. No grab bars in the nice new shower and the stairs were steep and no railing at the top.
