Sotiris the upbeat waiter!

Wonderful rooftop restaurant/bar with adjacent pool area overloading the Acropolis-was terrific at sunset.
Our waiter Sotiris was gregarious & efficient. He made us feel special and knew all his Hollywood movie punchlines. My wife enjoyed her Seabass and I my short rib. Quiet, comfortable restaurant with the open air vibe.

Helpful and friendly staff. Restaurants and bars were fantastic. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access to the city.

Generally excellent. The staff in reception and front of house were really friendly and a credit to the hotel. A big exception was the pool bar area staff who were the opposite. Also relating to the pool use, unexpected closures and the spa unable to produce towels, was a negative. But even that did not detract from an enjoyable stay overall . Superb breakfast too - and with excellent and friendly staff there.

The hotel staff were very friendly and easy to deal with but could improve on advising guests of room availability before 3pm check in. Rooms showed some wear and tear that should be addressed sooner than later.
