From Italy to Athens with love

Great hotel, great welcome, great breakfast. Marilena greeted us with a smile from the first to the last day of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel: very close to the metro, convenient for all movements. I really hope to return. Apart from the not beautiful weather we found, I must say that the hotel gave me so much warmth.

All good but loud!

Staff, cleanliness, bedding and great breakfast. Very convenient location on the public transport side.
On the other hand, if you are sensitive to noise, rooms poorly soundproofed between them, old air conditioning and noisy, and if you have a room that overlooks the 2x3 lanes, the only solution is the earplugs!

Good location

A business trip. Excellent location for music market. Lots of entertainment and food options around. The room is clean but old. Nothing extra in the bathroom, I'd like at least disposable slippers. Moderate breakfast.

Everything I need for a reasonable price

I stayed at Athinais on multiple occasions in July 2024 and July 2025. It’s a perfect place for those wishing to spend a night or two in Athens before a boat trip to an island or another flight.
There is nothing fancy about the hotel, but it is very clean, conveniently located (on the way to and from the airport), has decent breakfast, and even a balcony with a nice view of one of the main streets in Athens.
What I like about this hotel:
Reasonable price even in high season
Location: next to the bus stop from the airport, 600 m from the metro station, close to bars and restaurants.
Rituals products in the bathroom
Free cancellation
Possibility of early check in and/or late check-out
What I would suggest:
A chair on the balcony to enjoy the view
A kettle
