Well-located hotel!

A well-located hotel with welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. The towels are changed every day. The meals are satisfactory, but the dining room is too small for the number of guests.

I booked 3 nights, but left after 1 night, did not feel comfortable or safe.
The room was very dated and had an odour from the toilet water.
Area was not good or safe.
Fixtures in bathroom were coming off the wall.
Bed was not comfortable.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Fine Hotel, but don't expect too much

In terms of location, everything is easily accessible. The hotel was clean and the bed was lovely. The neighborhood is a little less, but you don't get bothered on the street. The building is very noisy and sleeps many classes and other large groups with children. We found this annoying especially in late hours. Breakfast is fine, but eeg monotonous. I wouldn't come back, but it was fine.

Confirmed Bed Bugs & Disrespectful Staff - Do Not Stay Here

I strongly urge travelers to avoid this hotel. My experience was unacceptable on every level.
At 4 a.m., I discovered bed bugs in my room and immediately went to the front desk. The overnight staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered. I was told there were no other rooms available and that nothing could be done — no apology, no concern, and no help offered.
Later that morning at 9 a.m., I spoke with another employee who first insisted that bed bugs were “impossible.” When I showed him clear photos, he instantly admitted, “Yeah, we have bed bugs,” as if it was no big deal. There was no urgency, no accountability, and zero professionalism.
This property is clearly failing basic sanitation and customer service standards. The staff’s attitude was as disturbing as the infestation itself.
If you value cleanliness, safety, and respect, do not stay here. There are many hotels in Athens — choose one that actually cares about guest well-being.

Just stay away

This hotel is the most terrible example of neglect and insensitivity I’ve ever seen in my life.
My backpack was stolen inside the front desk, inside the hotel’s own control area.
My bag contained my wallet, my IDs, my driver’s license, my credit cards, and countless amounts of cash.
I informed hotel management as soon as I noticed the incident, though no urgency or responsibility was shown. While I didn’t ask for a police call, they made no attempt — I personally found the police and brought them to the hotel.
After the police arrived, the hotel finally had to show the camera recordings, but the carelessness and delay to date caused both evidence and time.
The hotel’s attitude to such a serious robbery clearly demonstrated that they were completely missing safety. No responsibility for guest safety, property safety and management.
The incident caused not only material, but also deep spiritual destruction.
And the second event the day after that completed this chain of excuses:
After delivering my suitcase to our tour bus, my suitcase was stolen.
It’s no longer an accident, but a demonstration of a systematic safety decline.
The hotel did not support or provide any solutions during this time period.
The safety and dignity of guests shouldn’t be considered as easy.
Absolutely not a Recommendation for this hotel.
If you don’t want to jeopardize yourself, your belongings, and your peace, stay away from this property.
