The yellow house

Very friendly and great value, also very close to beach and local amenities, would stay again. Run by a lovely family that made us feel welcome. Quiet location, very relaxing. Clean and well looked after.

Clean and well kept inside, but outside is very different.

Very clean inside and kept clean, with sheets & towels changed every 3 days + bins emptied regually. However, its a shame outside as you either get 3 x rusty old metal sofas with no cushions and a rusty old fire extinguisher or, cables hanging out of the wall, an old ladder & a beaten up & rusty old car. The 'garden' is 4ft high weeds & scrubland full of mosquitos. There are no outside lights only bare cables hanging out of the wall above the doors. So its impossible to sit outside at night to relax. The nearest 'beach' is a building site with a new hotel being built on it. Beware :- when booking the add says the cost of holiday will be taken from credit card nearer the date. Untrue, as soon as you book they take the entire holiday cost from your credit card ....ouch....Also, Kephalonia is pretty but hilly so unsuitable if you have a walking or climbing problem.

Basic but clean , I get you get what you pay for

The outside of this property really let's it down , great air con , had a fantastic view off the rear balcony and the bed was really comfortable. Property inside was clean ,the shower needs attention
