Little Gem

We found the campsite taverna by chance when we pulled in to watch the last of the sunset on our drive from Argostoli to Lassi along the coast road. The prices were so good compared to most of the restaurants, and the owner and waitresses were so friendly and welcoming. At first we sat at the front but it was a little windy, so we moved back and the waitress happily laid another table for us. The food was delicious, and the complementary ice cream dessert was a lovely touch. We went back there again on our last night, and we were welcomed like old friends, with hugs from the owner. We will definitely be back next year.

Gone to the dogs

Came here last year and it was absolutely amazing food and hospitality were brilliant, this year the food and hospitality has gone to the dogs , had to ask for our wine 20 minutes after we ordered it , other customers got wine glasses no we got water glasses, the youngsters sorry the waitresses have no idea how to interact with the customers and are very rude and not even a thank you or was everything ok. I know it's passing trade and they are not bothered but it's customers who keeps them in business not the waitresses

Great experience

The best campsite in all respects!The Camping Argostoli in Kefalonia is excellent, with many shady spaces to choose the ideal for the tent and your stay! Its location is ideal, close to Argostoli, offering easy access to sights and Things to do. Right in front as well as within close distance are very nice beaches. The tavern of the camping offers one of the most delicious foods we have eaten on the island and is the perfect place to relax in good company and get to know people! The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help, making the stay even more pleasant. It is the perfect choice for relaxing and comfortable holidays in nature. We will definitely come back. I strongly recommend it.

Fortunately there is this option

We chose to come here due to cost and location.
We had years of camping, and the fact that we could even find the layer layered was tempting.
Of course 5 minutes had been spent on preparation before we came, to clean the fridge and floor with a vetex, would make the difference.
I didn't mind the queue for the shower at peak hours, August 15th we came, expected.
A lot of hot water.
Few money to invest in the facilities will make it multiply.
Very satisfactory shade.
Friendly staff here.
It was very relaxing that we didn't bring our own equipment.
And I consider us a friendly family, we chose the cheapest accommodation, on an island where its other facilities (catering, Things to do, gas due to distances), are expensive.

It is a feast to have lunch here or a delicious drink on the way to Argostolli, the most beautiful location in the region.

On our way to the capital Argostoli we came to camping Argostoli here we ate regularly, and enjoyed the super nice view over the azure ionic sea and the beautiful mountains in the area and on the far right the port of the capital Argostoli
