Not what we expected but surprisingly good
We took the apartment as a last minute deal because the hotel we actually wanted to stay in ditched us. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, very nice view, it's a peaceful quite place and the service was very good. They changed the towels every 2 days and cleaned everyday. The bath could've been a little bit more 'modern' but it was enough. The beds were kinda uncomfortable, at least for my partner and me, probably because we are used to the mattresses in germany and not the mattresses they've got there.
All in all we would recommend for low budget and short trips, if you are looking to some place to stay with your family I guess you should choose another place but for couples, friends and people who like some 'real' authentic Greek atmosphere it is definitely the place to go!

Beautiful little slice of traditional greek living
This place location was beautiful breathtaking and the hospitality was excellent from the start. Lovely traditional Greek family run business.with little extra touches of home grown mint tress limes to chicken and horses. The nearest town is a five minute walk with shops,bars and easy access to the beach.i can't recommend this enough. The accomodation is basic but enough and lovely little slice of Greek tradition. For ten euro you can get a house and cartridge almost straight to your door from the second town away in alykanas if you fancied venturing further.

A very decent accommodation in Alykes
Nice and quiet location, very clean accommodation (a daily room-service was provided), nice and cosy balcony, adequate facilities, free parking and Wi-Fi, friendly staff.
By the way the tap-water in Alykes area is slightly salted and not drinkable (about which we were immediately informed by Yiota Studios staff, right after our arrival).

Ingannato dalle recensioni precedenti ci siamo trovati nella sporcizia più totale, ok non costa molto ma eravamo al limite degli standard di igiene. Resta il fatto che comunque il proprietario è molto gentile ma la cosa strana sono le recensioni a 5 stelle, deve essere successo qualcosa nel frattempo oppure sono tutte fake.

UN VERO PECCATO.....
Scrivo questa recensione in modo che,come ha scritto un altro ospite, altre persone non cadano nel tranello delle recensioni positive.
Una sporcizia esagerata!!ragni e polvere ovunque!pavimenti osceni,lavandino arruginito,cucinetta elettrica tutta appiccicosa,lenzuola macchiate e cuscini pure,asciugamani sporchi,doccia zozza,gabinetto con pipi ed ascrementi sulla tavoletta!ho dovuto comprare i prodotti x la pulizia del bagno!!non ho fatto foto talmente mi faceva schifo!
Cambio lenzuola mai avuto,cambio asciugamani 1 volta ed erano sporchi(abbiamo usato quelli messi meglio)
Unici ospiti della struttura...poi abbiamo capito xke..noi abbiamo prenotato con un last minute...magari se prenoti con 2 mesi di anticipo puliscono!
In tutta sta sporcizia vasilis il proprietario era gentilissimo avremmo voluto chiedergli di pulire ma parla pochissimo inglese e onestamente a quel punto preferivo pulirmi tutto io...comunque un vero peccato perché la posizione è stupenda,la struttura se tenuta pulita sarebbe proprio un posto carina.
