Gem of a find

“What a gem of a find for our holiday! The amenities were amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, and the food was the best buffet I’ve ever had. Some of the photos online were outdated, and many areas had been updated, which was a lovely surprise. The pool area was fantastic, with luxury sunbeds and canopy beds available too. The whole place felt like a mini Greek village and was beautifully maintained. I would definitely go back!”

The hotel is well laid out, like a small village.
But that is the only plus point.
The rooms, including the bathroom, were not cleaned the entire week. Only the beds were quickly made and that was it.
The food was okay so far, but could be more varied.
The bar upstairs was fine, drinks were good. The bar in the garden area still has room for improvement.
Especially right on the street, it was not really fun.
Beach section 100m away and not nice.
The pool was just okay.
All in all, we would rate the hotel with max. 3 stars and would not recommend it.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this hotel.
The staff was attentive, the food was excellent, and the facilities were magnificent for this boutique hotel.
We will not hesitate to return during our next visit to this beautiful island.

Run away!

Horrible to run. Room not conforming to the description, horrible bedding I have never seen a mattress so hard, the worst is that in solution we were given a on pool mattress (see photo) a shame, moreover a cracked bed base and a microscopic balcony and not usable because the air conditioning unit spewed hot air into the balcony already closed. Buffet at will bad, few choices, reheated dishes, even pasta were hard to eat. The really unpleasant (Welcoming) staff laugh at us, speak poorly. The pool is small, the deckchairs are piled on top of each other and the nearby beach is really small. The all inclusive includes only certain drinks. Only positive, the breakfast was very good and the island is really amazing to visit (rent a car).

Summer holidays in Crete

The facility and rooms are very nice. We are already that 3. Here we go. First time in the summer. Unfortunately, there are currently so many holidaymakers in the complex that the sunbeds by the pool are very limited. Also you get a table for dinner very badly
You have to wait for one to become available. Otherwise, the facility is very clean, the staff very nice. The food offered is sufficient, for everyone something.
