The lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful. We had a rough idea about what we wanted to see on the rock and she gave us perfect advice on where to start and how long it would take us. We are so appreciative.
Also the view from the bar/restaurant is breathtaking taking. The waitstaff made wonderful recommendations and so nice!

It is a good hotel in a lovely location overlooking the sea.
The staff were very friendly and efficient.
Would stay again.

They need a new chef and better help at the front desk. I ordered a taxi which was supposed to be there in 15 minutes and ended up taking over an hour. I had to keep going up to the front desk and they did not seem to be very interested.
Also, the Airconditioning was not working in my room.
By contrast the staff in the dining room was very caring and professional.

Staff were excellent. Room was spotless and comfortable but the air con turned itself.off after exactly 1 hour of use after 9pm. This meant I'd wake up sweating 3 or 4 times per night as the room had heated up. I raised this to staff but it was the same that evening. Otherwise all good.
