Suspicion of fraud
I made a booking to stay there, later I was told the room I wanted was not available for the dates I chose, so I asked for a refund. It’s been ages and they haven’t sent my money. They keep giving excuses upon excuses

good
A not a person to write reviews but after reading what some people put i feel i need to write one
Never had no cockroach problem
no mosquito problem
the room was large
i had a large bed to sleep on .
The shower was clean
I had a fridge in my room of which i never used
The air con was wicked for me as i love my room ice cold
The breakfast and lunch was fantastic i could NOT fault it
The staff friendly always greeted me with respect and others
Elizabeth is my contact as i am doing an event there and i have found her very accommodating

HORRIBLE DON'T GO THERE!!
There are so many things I can say about this hotel and these are just a few; pillows were disgusting, the bathtubs were cracked, the hotel had a bad smell, the food was horrible, and the staff made us feel very uncomfortable with their flirty advances, there were live wires on the beds that shocked us, the water was consistently brown and broke us out, there were roaches everywhere and the hotel looked as if it was falling apart. the general experience was just horrible. I don't think I can ever go back to that hotel again.
