A fine small hotel in WOB city cebter

I came to spend a week in Wolfsburg. The first time I have chosen a hotel in the city center. The room was small but clean, everything on its place, wi-fi works well. Staff was very friendly all the time. The hotel has also a small restaurant where you get breakfast (not so many options) but for me more than enough. At the evening the restaurant serves several dishes which taste very good. The parking possibilities are not the best but behind the hotel there are parking slots for the hotel. So if you need just a room without fitness and wellness possibilities and you would like to stay in the city center go for it

Terrible

Dirty, loud old and disgusting. Never again. This hotel is a complete scam and should not be in business. The rooms look nothing like in the pictures either.

Avoid not worth the money at all

Hotel has no internet will work for a few minutes and kick you out. Large web pages or videos don’t work. For the money go somewhere worth staying. Not even tea or coffee in the rooms and the owner is super rude, when told the internet doesn’t work she proceeded to shout at me and told me and my wife if we come back she calls the police. Do yourself the favor spend the money in a better hotel with nice staff. I’ve stayed in 5 different hotels this week all beautiful with friendly staff and working facilities unfortunately this is not one of those.

Awful

We stayed here on a trip to the Vw factory for 2 nights. The rooms were tiny and we ordered twins but they only had doubles left for 11 people on a college trip. The shower and bathrooms were not great, and some beds were uncomfortable. The staff at the desk on arrival didn't speak English and got shirty with us and refused to serve us beer at 8pm. The food was middling to average and it was expensive compared to other places.

Decent room, service was a little iffy

We stayed only one night in Wolfsburg. The hotel is centrally located, which was convenient. We arrived later than planned because the train was late. The room we were given was on the top (third) floor, and was really hot (I recognize that you can't help the weather, however, it wasn't well ventilated and there was no fan provided.) Also, even though it was a room with a queen bed, it was only made up for one person (one pillow, one one-person blanket, one set of towels). The staff that was there didn't speak much English, which, again, is not usually so much of a problem, (my German is pretty rudimentary, but I'm pretty willing to accept that not everyone, everywhere speaks, or should speak, English) however, the staff seemed annoyed to be asked to provide a pillow for each person staying in the room. They did bring a pillow and a blanket, but not a towel, and then the reception desk closed for the night and we had to wait until morning to get a second towel.
All that being said, the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet the next morning was really lovely as well, fresh, tasty and healthy, and the person who served us was very friendly and helpful.
Tips: Late check-ins seem to be a hassle for this hotel, if you're planning to arrive late, you may want to consider another hotel. There is no elevator, therefore, the rooms may not be accessible to everyone.
