Nice hotel with decent room size, breakfast was included.
The only issue is that it is next to train tracks, there is little noise when trains passing through.

Disappointing experience

I stayed here to be at an appointment in the morning. Room was average but ok. Very loud through the S-Bahn. The service in the evening. well, no specialist staff. I had not ordered breakfast but was not deducted from the room rate, which is more than unusual. That's no way to win guests.

Highly recommended

We stayed here again and consider the Hotel Kreuzer as our Hamburg home. A very nice place, exemplary cleanliness and a great and always helpful staff. Breakfast is great. We will definitely come back.
