Good Hotel near Winterswijk

Friendly, hospitable welcome, had neat beautiful renovated rooms , Breakfast ( in buffet form ) and dinner ( a la carte ) fine with wide choice, location excellent for trips by bike or car, cozy sunny terrace , highly recommended this hotel.

Good price-quality stay with understanding about hospitality

We needed a hotel not far from the Stadtlohn-Vreden airfield. Both last year (3 times) and this year (2nd time), we stayed at Hotel Meyerink in Vreden. If you are looking for a good price-quality hotel, with friendly staff, service minded and flexible, look no further. Rate is including breakfast. Breakfast buffet is elaborate, lots of choices, delicious fresh fruit. Room is a decent size, modern interior, bathroom nice, good shower; all in good condition and very clean! I would certainly recommend this hotel and its staff and will certainly stay here with my husband again. Both last year and now, they are very consistent in their cleanliness, friendliness and service!
Free wifi, breakfast included and, if you ask for a cappuccino instead of the standard can of coffee, you'd expect to have to pay for the extra cappuccino (would be fair enough), but no: included in the breakfast as well.

Good, clean and well run hotel

Avoiding the extortion pricing of Düsseldorf hotels during the big trade fair we diverted to Meyerink Hotel around 90 mins drive away.
At a fifth of the cost of a Düsseldorf hotels we were not expecting much and were pleasantly surprised.
We took three rooms in the extension building which is right next door. Clean rooms, well sized bathrooms, friendly service and well managed overall. Check in and check out were smooth.
It's not a five star hotel, but it is also not priced at five stars. This is a good and solid hotel and recommended for this purpose. Thanks to the hotel staff for a pleasant stay.
