Carriage ride - a great experience

Accompanied by Maren, our coachwoman, we had an absolutely brilliant, entertaining and also educational trip. The one-hour stay in the Heath Museum was good enough for an extensive sightseeing.
With Maren as coachwoman an absolute recommendation :-)

Underground

Rarely experienced such an unfriendly and inept management. Parking lots were full. A guest parked next to the charging station and was parked by hotel employees. We wanted to park in a parking lot that was actually reserved for buses and then drove away because it was apparently not desired to park there as a guest

Sehr geehrter Bewerter leider machen Sie ihre Eindrücke von einer Gegebenheit abhängig. Wir werden hier regelmäßig von Gästen zugeparkt die nicht Gast sind sondern nur Wandern und das ist die Problematik und wenn dann der Parkplatz genutzt wir der für E Tanker reserviert ist und nicht getankt werden kann ist das ein absolutes Fehlverhalten der Gäste. Ich denke es ist in dem Fall verständlich das hier ein gewisser Unmut entsteht weil 25 % der Parker widerrechtlich ihre Autos bei uns abstellen weil die Gebühren für den VNP nicht gezahlt werden ?!

Good place for a short stay

I stayed in the "dependance", called Undehof Landhaus. Authentic atmosphere, hotelroom was sufficient and clean but nothing special. Bathroom was very tiny but most importantly it was very clean!. Breakfast was kept in the main building, 3 min walk across the street. Fresh bread, plenty of choices in marmelade, cheese, Aufschnitt etc.
Good place to stay and walk around in the Lunerburger Heide area.
