Pension Wehner is THE best

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed.
The breakfast room was delightful.
The host was friendly and kind and a joy to talk with.
The location was perfect--could walk everywhere.
We were so very happy staying here.

Miserable contact. No willingness to go easy. Rarely experienced such a procedure at a hotel / guesthouse. Too bad

Miserable contact. No willingness to go easy. Rarely experienced such a procedure at a hotel / guesthouse. Too bad! Booked at very short notice, then found within half a day that no dogs are allowed. So called immediately and asked for solutions. Also to 2 requests unfortunately no response. If he doesn't give a solution, he's only interested in sales.

One of our best experiences ever!

Pension Wehner was just about perfect. The room was spotless, large and had places to put 2 suitcases. There were comfortable chairs for seating and a small table in addition to the desk. The bathroom was large, well-lighted and clean. Best of all was the breakfast. It caught me by surprise & I ran back to my room for my camera. The presentation was beautiful with an artfully arranged platter of meats, cheeses & fruit and charming little teddy bear covers/warmers on the boiled eggs. The host & hostess were friendly and helpful. We would love to return.

A perfect Pension

Located in the old centre of Torgau, this place is a gem. We had a really large room with a comfy bed (oh bliss!) and a large bathroom. All spotless, of course.
Part of the charm here is the building which is old and once through the huge gates you're in a courtyard garden. We enjoyed sitting in comfy chairs on a small terrace in the garden. And it's a nice setting for the breakfast pavilion.
Add to the mix the charming host who speaks good English and good WiFi in the room and garden and that's as close to perfect as you'll get! Stay here - you won't be disappointed.

Great location, great host

This was our best private accommodation during our thousand km cycling trip along the Elbe. Wolfgang was warm and charming host, room was immaculately clean and breakfast served in the garden house was ample.
