Catastrophic - the description of the offer contradicts reality.
On the day of arrival yesterday, upon entering the room, we were quite astonished.
We had never experienced anything like this before. Dirty, worn-out, outdated, broken,
Minimalist. The so-called pampering dinner at the cold-warm buffet was lacking in variety; the warm buffet offered only a pork dish and a liver dish. The breakfast was also extremely meager; there were no vegan ingredients like flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds for a well-mixed muesli.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A single disappointment.

Hotel should be closed
Unacceptable!! Room very dirty, cobwebs in the window corners, a lot of dust on the furniture (headboard, nightstands, picture frames, lamps, etc.). For a longer stay (7 days) you have to beg for room cleaning. After room cleaning, still cobwebs in the window, window very dirty, dust still on the furniture. Bed was not made, fresh towels just thrown onto the unmade bed. No new toilet paper roll in the bathroom. Sink was not cleaned, bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast monotonous, no proper invoice (VAT was missing), dead flies and insects on the entrance hall windowsills, the floor hallways smell of mold, outrageous parking fees (€10 per day) without security, entrance doors and door to the parking lot unlocked even at night, reception is not staffed 24 hours a day.
The entire hotel must be completely renovated. Something I also haven't experienced yet is not being allowed to smoke on the balcony.
I paid full price, it is really not worth the money. Not to be recommended under any circumstances.

Nice area, good excursion options.

especially the room, including the entrance from the hallway, was dirty.

Hotel and room worn out - not recommended
Unfortunately, I did not like it at all. For the price, one expects something better. The hotel seems very worn out, old, and in need of a thorough renovation. The room assigned to me was very worn out. The carpet had stains, the furniture was very old, the armchairs were frayed, and spiders were lurking in the corners of the room. It seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The curtain was much too short for the width of the window and the windows were dirty. When I complained about the room, I was told "You are traveling with a dog," as if that would justify the condition of the room. Especially since I pay extra for the dog. At least I was able to change rooms. That one was also worn out (not quite as bad), but at least it didn't have a dirty carpet, but rather laminate. I was glad that I was only in the room to sleep. You couldn't stand it much longer than that, because even in the morning the room on the south side heated up to a perceived 40 degrees and the thin curtains didn't offer any sun protection either. The food (both in the morning and in the evening) was quite poor in selection. Unfortunately not a recommendation and I will definitely not book it again either.

We had half-board plus and cannot say anything bad about the food. There was even beer and wine with dinner. The staff at the buffet and at the reception was very nice.
BUT: The building is very noisy; you can even hear when someone in the next room makes noise in the bathroom, or snores, or has visitors on the balcony all night long and things get rowdy. Then sleep is out of the question.
Our room was quite run-down. I didn't think that something like this existed in Germany. Mold in the bathroom and a thick layer of dust on the lamps, carpet and sofa stained, furniture old and worn out. Maybe there are other, better rooms, but ours was not nice, unfortunately.
