Perfekte Hotel im Märchenwald.

Waldhotel Surwold ist perfekt, ob man allein, als Paar, mit Kinder oder mit Hund unterwegs ist. Mitten im Wald, mit sehr nette, tierfreundliches Personal. Gemütliche Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber (was für mich sehr wichtig ist) und mit eigene Griechisches Restaurant. Im Wald sind ein große Spielplatz mit Baum Kletterparadies, Freibad, Tennis, Mini-golf, Sommer Rodelbahn, Bogenschießen. Die Waldwege sind Abends bis Morgens beleuchtet was den Gassigehen ermöglicht. Wir waren mit 2 Hunde dort und kommen wieder !

Moisture damage

First of all, a few positive words: we liked the landscape, it was ideal for cycling, a real paradise for children with a large playground, climbing park, summer toboggan run, etc. etc. Now comes the unpleasant report: the hotel is ready for demolition. When we arrived, we were astonished to see that there was an overflowing bucket in the unmanned reception area, into which water was constantly dripping from above. Well, damage like that can happen. ... However, we discovered that the roof had probably been leaking for a while, because we had discovered mold stains on the ceiling and moldy mattress pads. No, that didn't give us a holiday feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful, but were obviously understaffed and seemed stressed. As a guest, you were inclined to say: "Excuse me for disturbing you." The breakfast was generally OK, perhaps they could offer a few more grain rolls. We will not stay at this hotel again unless the hotel is completely renovated and the staffing levels are increased.

Waren sehr zufrieden

Wir waren als Paar am 24,02.19 dort zum Essen. Und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr leckere Speisen und ein super nettes, höfliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Lokal an sich befindet sich in einem super sauberen Zustand. Sogar die Toilette war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für die Gäste lagen dort Erfrischungstuecher und Deo.

proper hotel

Zeer net hotel in, zo de naam al aangeeft in het bos, Het hotel heeft een grieks restaurant waar een goede maaltijd beschikbaar is . Jammer bijna geen europees op de kaart , in de directe omgeving hebben we ook geen ander restaurant kunnen ontdekken.
