Level meets culture.

A lovely hotel on a hill that offers a great view of Suhl.
You can enjoy the food and service, cocktails of the month, or a variety of delicious tortes and cakes. And if your shoes pinch, or if you have "special requests" or allergies, the hotel management is also happy to accommodate you.
The small pool area and the sauna landscape are also perfect for everyday life, allowing you to simply unwind.
Every year again... as long as it is possible

An absolute paradise – We are speechless!

Title: An absolute paradise – We are speechless! Hu
"Where should I start? This hotel is just a dream! Even this incredible location ♥️and upon entering we were welcomed by the warm atmosphere and the incredibly friendly staff. The absolute highlight is the wellness oasis: The pool area is beautifully designed, the saunas are well maintained and invite you to relax – perfect after a day of activities.
And the half board? A feast for the senses! Both the breakfast buffet and dinner were a revelation. Everything fresh, incredibly delicious and with a good selection that leaves nothing to be desired. Here enjoyment is paramount!
The rooms are clean and offer good comfort. But what really distinguishes this hotel is the attention to detail and the unobtrusive but always attentive service. We felt at home from the first moment to the last. We are guaranteed to come back – 1000% recommendation!"

Ringberhaus, not Ringberghotel.

Room is very cramped and not air-conditioned. Half board is not recommended; breakfast is standard ***, dinner only reaches *** if you close your eyes to avoid saying "simple but tasteless." Staff is friendly. Cleanliness is okay. Maybe things are better in winter, but I expect more from a **** hotel. Still more like Ringberghaus than Ringberghotel.

Anything but a 4 star hotel

Unfortunately, our stay was so not nice. The rooms were drafty, lacking the shower, you have to shower in the bathtub. Very hard for someone almost 80 years old. The rooms smell unpleasant and it has the charm of a former FDGB home. The staff are very nice. However, in three days stay, not even the rooms were cleaned, new towels brought, or toilet paper replaced. The pillows are much too thin, there are not enough sockets at the bed to charge the phone. The dinner was also not that of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was great.

Hotel good. Food still has a lot of room for improvement

We spent our winter holidays with eleven + dogs at the Ringberghotel. The rooms (we had a suite with large bathtub) were so far ok. Only the beds were not made nice (no pillows shaken out, duvet sloppily superimposed) We had a seating area with mineral water bottle and 2 glasses, unfortunately these were not exchanged. In our suite there was a minibar and 2 TVs. The view of the snow landscape was breathtaking.
What is also important, of course, is the food. Breakfast was good. But dinner was not good. Reminded me of canteen food. Thuringian dumplings cooked, the accompanying roast (loin) hard. Gnochi with mushrooms, a pop. Chicken parts with potatoes, and always carrot vegetables or bean vegetables, once cauliflower in white sauce. Which I liked. once there was salmon with spinach. Also once duck parts with bread dumplings (these already had a hard crust).
Desserts always the same: Ready-made creams in all flavors.
Once there was even cheesecake. My husband often ate some cheese after the skin was gone, it was partly good. Drinking was included! There was red and white wine.......unfortunately inedible. 1 variety of Pils and apple juice zest (not of particular taste) or just water.
We go away with the whole family every year during the winter holidays, unfortunately I have to say that this was by far the worst food.
Then the invoice was issued to our minor grandchild.....can happen. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception was not very pleased that she had to issue a new invoice. No question if we liked your stay, not a good trip home.
These are things we don't know
