Reception really does everything / restaurant is no longer up to date

The balancing act between dog hotel and seminar hotel is difficult for this hotel.
It has just been decided that dog owners must have breakfast or dinner in the conservatory. The restaurant is off-limits. The location of the hotel would be really great for dog owners, but the restriction with the restaurant is unacceptable to me. I have white king poodles that leave no hair and are well-groomed. Furthermore, I wonder why there is no longer a refrigerator - a four-star house and without a coffee machine? actually I wouldn't care, but I'm concerned about the dog friendliness. Further, the new Chef de Servce explained to me, they don't have a Swabian roast just fillet - on the menu was roast beef ... a hubris that cannot be surpassed. Of course, there was no fillet at table.

A nice relaxing hotel. Good food and good service, except checking in and checking out took too long time. Checking in three persons took 20 minutes.

Older hotel with defects

The hotel shows significant signs of age, which is particularly noticeable on the walls in the room. The bathroom is very small and offers only limited comfort. The lighting situation in the parking lot is particularly critical: This is completely unlit at night, which makes the way to the hotel extremely uncomfortable and potentially unsafe in the dark. The free Wi-Fi unfortunately does not meet today's standards – the connection was hardly usable during my stay. On the other hand, the breakfast is positive, which was rather convincing both in terms of quality and selection.
