Good budget hotel

You get what you pay. In this case it was a good deal.
The staff is kind and nice, rooms are clean even if the furniture is not so new. Is quite close to public transport and was really close to my business destination so I traded luxury for distance and price.

just when nothing else is left in the area

Because of late booking did not have much choices left. Apparently Stuttgart and area is high in demand. Price/value was awful.
This is a 2* Garni hotel, don't expect what the price tag shows. Pictures on booking.com looked much better than real life. Breakfast starts early, but is simple for the given price.
Pretty close to the Porsche museum, tho that did not matter much. Rooms were clean, tho dated and running down. Free parking in the backyard for early arrivals is handy. Quad room was as promised 2x double joined at the end of the floor. A long walk from the entrance. but quiet in the night.

Budget hotel, Close to the Porsche Museum with off street parking

I booked the hotel for three reasons. it was close to the Porsche Museum, it was a budget hotel and there was off street paring for my Motorcycle
I was happy on all counts, this is defiantly a budget option hotel, and if you judge your stay by this you will be very satisfied, the staff were super friendly and i got from the hotel what i expected, i personally experienced no issue with waiting to use the toilet and bathroom facilities which was my only apprehension on booking, however, i would book again now if a Budget hotel was required in this location
The off street parking was around the back of the Hotel where i parked my Bike and whilst there was no gate, i felt happy leaving my motorcycle there

cheap hotel or good budget hotel?

well, always look on the bright side (positive way): therefore instead of calling this one a cheap hotel, I'll call it a good budget hotel. it has exactly what you need for a night while on the road or a sleeping place if working outside town. small but nice breakfast too.

Very basic but clean

This is a very basic hotel without en-suite facilities. We were disappointed, on arrival, to be told that the bar is closed all weekend. They pointed out the fridge to us but there was no beer. There are no cafes or shops close by. The rooms and communal areas are clean.
