Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here! All the staff we engaged with were, helpful, friendly and welcoming…..and spoke English.
We had secure parking for our motorcycles, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Although the restaurant was closed while we were there, we were able to enjoy a beer or two in the calm and peaceful lounge area and take a very short walk into town for food. Breakfast was plentiful and good and the staff at breakfast were cheerful and helpful.
If we travel in this area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Swabian hospitality with good cuisine

My room was upstairs and went over 2 floors. Very nice. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Rich breakfast. The eggs are freshly prepared to order. Friendly, polite staff. Meeting rooms so far in order. I find the parking situation critical. The associated restaurant is well attended, so hotel guests who want to check in during the evening often cannot find a parking space or have to look for something somewhere in the town. Critical between 18:00 and 21:00

Very nice quiet hotel

Very friendly welcome.
Room spacious, nicely decorated. Essentially very clean (except for a few black mold (?) stains on the bathtub edge.
Nice location to the creek, hardly any traffic, you can hear the creek really at night.
Breakfast buffet not exuberant but very good quality.
Own parking lot!
We will definitely come back

A beautiful place in the middle of tradition and history.

We were here spontaneously to transit home and did not regret it. Very clean pleasant staff and nice location right in the traditional Allen.
Breakfast was very appealing.

A cozy hotel with a very good restaurant

The hotel is quite small with a long history. An elevator is an old style and quite slow. The room has no air-conditioning, thus may be a problem in summertime . The room is clean and comfortable.
There is a small creek in front of the hotel. So I can hear the sound of the water flow during the night and it felt so good.
Another best part is a restaurant. The food is so good and very well prepared. I enjoyed dinner here very much.
