A stylish, comfortable hotel a short walk from the Stuttgart HbF. The details here were five-star level. Fresh folded robes on the bed at check-in for example. German hotel breakfasts are generally quite nice, this one was a cut above. I'll certainly stay here again.

Basics of working in service is to say hello to guests entering the reception srea. That does not always happen at Arcotel. So simple but still very important.
If you would have been occupied with a customer so off course no worries. But that was not the case. It was like I did not even exist...Not so professional.
A simple hello or st least look up so I can say hello myself.

Lovely hotel but we felt their focus is more on eco issues than trying to encourage guests to book. I’m not sure I liked the red light identifying our room as occupied. There were only 2 rooms occupied on our floor. Like previous reviews we saw no cleaning staff the whole time we were there! We could have booked cleaning but decided not to bother. The location was more important to us as it was just up the road from the station. The bar is lovely, quiet and the staff were friendly.

Clean, lovely, modern, air conditioned, close to the train, very reasonably priced. Exactly what I needed.

They were kind enough to accommodate my request for a quiet room because I'm a very light sleeper and early check-in.
