We will come back here

We made a spontaneous stopover on our way home. The phone call was very warm, and we were welcomed just as warmly upon arrival. The rooms are cozy, with a seating area, a clean bathroom, and complimentary water on the table.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely top-notch, very delicious, and plentiful. The friendliness of the staff is outstanding here as well.
We slept better than we rarely do in a hotel; absolute peace and quiet.
We will definitely come back.

Compared to our previous hotels on our cycling tour, it is overpriced.

Unfortunately, there is no secure room for bicycles available. At 9:30 PM, the Wi-Fi goes out and there is no contact person on site.

Gladly book again at any time, but directly via hotel website!!!!!

We recommend everyone to contact the hotel directly, there the double room costs 109 € , booking.com has ripped us off 150 €. Furthermore, booking.com did not reveal that the hotel has just reopened with a new crew, that the restaurant and spa are not yet available and that there is still a lot of work going on there. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the room, breakfast and above all super nice staff. We wish the new operators all the best.

The hotel is fine overall. The decor unfortunately very vintage. The decor, including bed linen, tablecloths and houseplants, took me right back to my childhood and absolutely reflected my grandmother's decor taste. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the wellness area promises more than it ultimately is. The sauna is only offered on express request The whirlpool clearly too cold. The way through the hotel to the health safe again shows the completely outdated vintage decoration offer. The apparent, "two man" operation unfortunately overwhelmed. The breakfast offer very manageable small. Vegans and allergy sufferers have a hard time. Gluten-free rolls and bread were available on request. The food (scrambled eggs and bacon) and the water for tea was cold. The offer for coffee was good and versatile. The staff was only replenished on express request, not always findable. The tables used were not cleared either. The heating was not on despite single-digit temperatures outside. The in-house restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. This location also very vintage decorated. Staff friendly and accommodating. The food (Indian/German) delicious. Unfortunately, no allergens awarded here either.

Awfully expensive for the quality

Very disapointing and far too expensive for the standard of comfort. Old fashion decoration ; bathroom ridiculously small and low standard ; would need a serious renovation and upgrade to predend to be 4 stars.
