Great hotel

Very nicely located hotel on the harbour.Our room was very well equipped....nothing to complain about!Particularly we would like to emphasize the staff at the reception...super friendly.Whether it was the early-late or night service.Yours since super !Since some hotels can take a lead.

Good location - moderate accommodation

Old house from the outside very nice, in the middle of the old town with good location. Small rooms, tiny bathroom. The most disturbing thing was the worn carpeting. Please replace with plastic floor in wood look. Parking 3-4 minutes walk away. Breakfast offers the usual, unfortunately soft crunchy bun. We didn't feel comfortable. We want to highlight the very nice staff. The images on the Internet do not reflect reality.

Good location to explore

Picked this hotel as it was located near the old city it (and a private car park no fee) and was a short walk across the bridge. Reception was friendly and readily gave advice on the old city and the Hotel amenities. Be aware that there is no facilities in the room for tea or coffee and the machine in the foyer is for a charge. Something we were not used to. Room was spacious and had what you needed. Great for an overnight or extended stay.

We love to go there again!

This is a very well maintained modern hotel in an excellent location overlooking the harbour basin of the old town of Stade.
Rooms and apartments are stylishly furnished. Coffee/espresso makers are also available.
The extensive breakfast buffet is amazing.
The staff is very! friendly, attentive and accommodating.
Two restaurants are very cleverly connected and together with cinema and other leisure facilities already very amazing.
We like to go there again.

Practical, central, friendly

Centrally located (about 10 minutes walk to downtown), friendly.
Been here before. Rooms with harbour views are worth it!
What we appreciate:
Parking free of charge, elevator access, beds can be pushed apart a bit, heating instead of air conditioning, good mattresses (topper available on request, but only for both beds), breakfast sufficient, cinema etc. next door.
Good to know:
No minibar (= no fridge), snacks/drinks are available at the 24h reception, coffee/tea station for a fee, economical (environmentally friendly, waste-free) equipment (no extras such as body lotion, cotton pads, sewing kit, terry cloth slippers), breakfast is (matching the price) not luxurious = no egg dishes on order, no freshly squeezed juice, little fruit/vegetables = but there are good basics!
