Really enjoyed our stay for two nights. The staff were really kind, warm hearted and helpful people. If you want a place that has a lot of personality and charm then this is the place for you. Even our dog loved it! Would highly recommend it!

Rescue on the last day of the year

A big thank you to Mrs. Münch in the beautiful Ore Mountains! On New Year's Eve we were in an unbelievable plight, from which Mrs. Münch helped us with peace, great kindness and very straightforward. We had a warm, clean and very cozy room for New Year's Eve so we could enjoy our New Year's Eve celebration in Eibenstock and on New Year's Eve there was also a delicious breakfast. A dream! Dear Mrs. Münch You saved us the last day in 2024. Thank you very much for your sympathy and commitment, you rarely find that anymore! We are thrilled and very grateful and look forward to our reunion on 31.12.2025. Stay healthy until then!

Friendliness is a good step on the road to success

I travel a lot and I think it's a shame when a trip or a pleasant day is spoiled by a lack of friendliness or a sense of humor that the guest doesn't understand! Even listing the buffet and that should be enough, right? Unfortunately, I don't recommend it...
