Je ne recommande pas du tout.
J'ai réservé 1 nuit, et quand je suis arrivée à la pension, personne ne m'a jamais répondu lorsque j'ai sonné à la porte. J'ai donc dû chercher une autre location en soirée avec 2 enfants.
Le pire, le lendemain je téléphone, la personne ne parle que allemand, donc impossible de se faire comprendre, et pas très agréable au tel, je sens que je l'agace. Je lui demande le remboursement de la chambre que je n'ai jamais occupée, 140€, elle refuse.
A éviter absolument.

Null Atmosphäre, miserables Frühstück, dafür sauber

Wir (drei Familien) waren im September im Europapark und übernachteten in der Pension Romatica. Alles war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Frühstück, so wurde uns mitgeteilt, gibt es um 8:30. Punkt. Als wir zum Frühstück erschienen sind, war lediglich für drei Personen gedeckt, statt für drei Familien. Auf dem Tisch standen vier trockene Brötchen, ein Krug O-saft, zwei Bestecksets, keine Gläser oder Tassen oder sonstwas. Nach rund 15 Minuten wurden uns zwei vorbereitete Teller mit Käse, Wurst und Tomaten gebracht. Tee oder Kaffee gab es nicht. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die zuständige Person die Kaffeemaschine nicht bedienen konnte. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten und Hilfeleistung in der Küche erhielten wir eine Tasse mit brühend heissem Inhalt, gefüllt bis 1 mm unter den Rand. Besteck und weitere Gedecke haben wir nach rund 15 Minuten erhalten.
Schade, den Start in den Tag hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt. Den Kaffee holten wir uns schliesslich im Europapark.
