Magnificent

We stayed one night, the room 15 was very spacious and had a nice view and even a small garden. Breakfast was plentiful with bacon, eggs, saucages , croissants and even champagne! The orange juice was freshly made. There are a lot of different saunas and a warm outdoor swimming pool.. A little piece of heaven on earth!

The Eifel disappointment

The hotel is a disappointment, and the value for money is miserable (for the guest). The house exudes the charm of the sixties; the bathroom without a window must certainly be that old. The staircase is steep, and the steps are of different sizes - be careful! The manager does not even say good morning. The rooms are simply furnished, but at least they are clean. The breakfast was okay, but not special. If we go to Eifel again, it will definitely be somewhere else.

Hotel with lack of hospitality

Poor service at reception. Staff must do an internship at other hotels to experience what hospitality means. We had a simple room that bordered a main road with a gas station.
Devices are used that emit a clearly perceptible and slightly irritating smell.

Price-quality does not match here.

We had booked based on the pictures we saw on the booking site. Arriving at the hotel, those photos appeared to be taken mainly of the swimming pool and wellness facilities.
The hotel rooms themselves were in an old building across the street from the main building. A rundown building on a busy track.
Rooms: dated.
Expensive hotel for what you get.
Middling breakfast
Unfriendly welcome.
No fridge in the room, broken bedside lamp.
If you pay extra for the wellness, don't forget your coin for the locker and your own shower gel:/

Not worth another trip for us.

Not recommended - at least not for the price. We paid over €300 for two B&Bs (we had to pay extra for entry to the sauna). The hotel is a complex of several (old) buildings. All are connected by various staircases. The main staircase to the rooms is a breakneck climb. No two steps are the same, the steps are far too narrow. The staircase is cramped and poorly lit.
The only bright spot is the breakfast. However, scrambled eggs and the like are kept in a warming container for hours. Coffee and hot water are in large thermos flasks. Fresh fruit is only available in the form of apples. But: there was sparkling wine!
The sauna village is quite chic, but can be seen from the cycle path that runs directly past it and is also elevated. Furthermore, it is only poorly lit in the main building. Other inconveniences, such as smokers outside the designated areas, noisy guests in the relaxation rooms or sauna-goers who go straight into the pool without showering, are not peculiarities of this complex. However, one or two "check rounds" by a sauna master throughout the day would be appropriate.
