Pleasantly surprised.

Upon our arrival the staff made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The next morning we got up for breakfast and to our surprise the breakfast buffet was awesome. All I can say is Jessica ( owner) and her staff made us feel like family therefore made our stay very special. We will be back!!

Hotel Europa Ramstein

Unfortunately, the WiFi does not work very well, and the rooms are small. Cleanliness is not the first priority. A convenient location to visit relatives in Ramstein just a few minutes away. It can be mentioned the restaurant Big Emma positive.

Like home

Been staying at the hotel a few times for longer period of time and its like home. Nice new big renovated rooms,frigid,Microwave,fast wifi,clean rooms,Laundry service,nice breakfast and very friendly,nice and helpful staff. Thanks to you all.

Great stay!

Plenty of great little things about this nice little stay in Ramstien Germany. First of all this European hotel does have a microwave and fridge inside the room!! Huge spacious room and very comfortable and clean. There was even a fan in the room (no air conditioning) so that was another huge plus for an American visiting Europe. The metal complete black out blinds were another HUGE plus for the sun went down almost after 10:00pm. And rises close to 4:00am. So all these many little things made the stay even better. Breakfast was 5€ which was well worth it, plenty of seating and a huge veritry of pastries and cheeses (which I have gotten used to in European breakfasts) to choose from. Staff was super helpful and professional. Overall great stay and in would recommend to anyone if they need a few nights in Ramstien Germany.

A wonderful welcome to Germany

We stayed here for over a month waiting for permanent housing. It became "home" for us. Wonderful large suite with a walk-in closet, very quiet; Netflix; friendly, helpful staff; nice neighborhood for taking a walk; restaurants nearby and very close to bakeries and fun places to see in Ramstein-Miesenbach. Location is another plus - if we needed a ride to work or other places to get set up - very accessible location. Our most favorite part was BREAKFAST. Every morning we could count on a wonderful breakfast - eggs, bacon, salmon, deli meats, German cheeses, yoghurt, fruit, crossants, cappacino. We highly recommend staying here. Another plus - if you are new to Germany - choose a place to stay where you are not isolated from the local people. It will give you a jump start to learn the language and customs...and someone to talk to about all the questions you will have!!
