bessere zimmer geht nicht

mit abstand die schönsten und grössten zimmer in pulheim mega ausstattung und einrichtung super badezimmer !!! das man sowas in pulheim finden kann ist schön ausergewöhnlich sowas kenne ich eigentlich nur im 5sterne bereich !!!

Never again, please!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had booked well in advance and were looking forward to a child-free weekend and a birthday party to which we were invited. Upon arrival we learned that one was "unfortunately overbooked" and we had to drive to another hotel. A longer phone call between an increasingly annoyed time sign employee and the manager we overheard there did not bode well - and so we were also in front of a very striving receptionist in the next hotel, who was informed that we were coming, but nothing else was settled. They wanted to charge us the much higher daily price there, which we did not accept. The employee despaired even when talking to his manager on the phone and finally handed me the phone. I was directly lashed out at by an outrageous and arrogant hotel manager, which I can actually think of, to approach him with such demands and was treated like the last petitioner. It was only after I decidedly demanded to listen to me at all once and gave him our view that he finally patronisingly agreed to make sure the hotel paid Zeitzeichen the difference.
We arrived late for our celebration and the arrival and stay started anything but relaxed.
Such negotiations have to be conducted by the hotel that does not honor its contract - not me as a customer! In addition, it would not be too much to ask for compensation in any way - in retrospect, the Hotel Zeitzeichen did not take any responsibility for this and fed us off with empty words of regret.
If I had read the reviews on google beforehand, I would probably have booked somewhere else!

Gutes Hotel in Pulheim gegenüber einer Kirche

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage neben einer Kirche in Pulheim: Die recht großen Zimmer sind relativ neu gestaltet und sehr modern und ansprechend. Der Schlafkomfort ist sehr gut. Sehr gut auch der Badbereich mit Dusche und Badewanne. Unser Zimmer befand sich in der 1. Etage. Der Fahrstuhl war leider defekt, offenbar nicht erst seit unserer Ankunft. Aber man half uns freundlicherweise beim Gepäck.
Das Frühstück wird individuell zusammengestellt. Man bekommt bei der Anreise eine Übersicht über die Speisen, die zum frühstück vorbestellt werden können. Aber auch spontan lässt sich etwas machen. Der Preis für das Frühstück erscheint etwas zu hoch für das Angebot.
Der Restaurantbereich, den wir außerhalb des Frühstücks leider aus Zeitgründen nicht besuchen konnten, ist modern und ansprechend. Das Speisenangebot aus der mediterranen Küchen roch jedenfalls sehr gut und sah optisch lecker aus.
Der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt durchaus einen Besuch wert.

Super Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern

Das Hotel ist kein wirkliches Hotel, laut eigener Aussage, denn es hat keine Rezeption. Es sind auch nur 5 Zimmer, aber das sind alles Suiten, geräumig und modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und schick. Alles top und sauber!
Das Restaurant des Hauses hat eine sehr gute Küche und wird gern von Einheimischen besucht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Der überdachte, beheizte "Biergarten" ist genial!
Was ich nicht empfehlen kann, ist das Frühstück, muss man sowieso immer extra dazu bestellen (16,50 EUR je). Am Abend vorher die einzelnen Teile des Frühstücks vor auswählen und am nächsten Morgen wird es frisch in ausreichend großer Menge zubereitet. Allerdings sind die Brötchen Aufbackware und am Sonntag waren diese papiergleich, ungeniessbar.
Sonst ist wirklich alles top! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Nous étions invité à un mariage à Pulheim. Les chambres d'hôtel étaient spacieux, modernes et tranquilles sauf les cloches de l'église de 7h à 22h.
Le restaurant était excellent, nous avons mangé dans un très joli jardin. Toute la famille était ravi. Nos chiens étaient chaleureusement accueilli. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit. Attention, confirmez bien l'heure du petit déjeuner si vous ne voulez pas trop attendre.
