Room was wonderful. The couple running the hotel were very nice friendly breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

Great service from the personnel.
The rooms have recently been refurbished and were very nice. 10 minute walk from the Pinneberg train station.

Please never again!

The hotel looks very nice on the internet, but the reality is different.
The building is extremely noisy, I could hear the flatulence of my roommate.
My single room was as cold as I've ever had in 40 years of traveling.
In 4 nights, the room wasn't cleaned twice.
(Not on the day of departure anyway, but two more times)
The croissants in the photos are not for breakfast.
There are no scrambled or fried eggs either.
At €12 extra, breakfast is far too expensive.
The icing on the cake was a police operation at night because of other guests.
A mechanics' place where I don't need to stay again.

Freundliches Personal in einem netten Hotel. Frühstück ist schlicht, aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer wirken recht neu, es gibt jedoch Details (lose Fernseh,Wandhalterung, Wasser im Waschbecken fließt nicht ab, Flecken auf dem Teppich), die bei meinem Zimmer nicht perfekt waren.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich, wirkte modern und hat seinen Zweck voll und ganz erfüllt. Alles in allem hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt und würde hier auch wieder buchen!
