Great hotel
Since I travel a lot, I check in at a variety of hotels. But this reception was more than warm and straightforward. Rarely have I felt so welcome.
Rooms are great, modern and clean. Nothing is missing. The beds are also great. Very comfortable and the pillows were just the right height! I would have liked to have slept even longer.
Breakfast was also a great experience. The staff did everything to make you feel super comfortable. From salmon to fruit salad, no wish remained unfulfilled.
I love to come back and am glad to have tried something new,

Maybe it will still...
The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. You have to like a shower that opens onto the room - or you have to like each other if you're two people. Unfortunately, there aren't many storage spaces. The control of the shutters and lights via a panel with different levels can be very annoying for people who aren't tech-savvy. You do need some time to get used to it... That's not OK for a hotel.
Part of it is still a construction site. Balconies are not yet accessible. Cables are still hanging around.
The elevator is a pain because on the one hand it is very slow, and on the other hand it is used by the guests on the top two floors. The wasted waiting time is not very customer-friendly.
The upper levels are supposed to be something like a roof bar. Quite nice, but not really that good.
The cleanliness is quite good, but there is room for improvement. The staff are sometimes quite overwhelmed. Actually, the bill should only be two clicks away. At least they were mostly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is pretty OK, but on Sundays you have to watch out for the people eating out, who eat quite a lot of you. The refill didn't always work.
Nevertheless: definitely a recommendation for Paderborn.
