Comfort and quiet in an idealic location.
Good service with a friendly heartfull welcome.
The food fir breakfast and dinner were both tasty and satisfying.
Recommended.

Odd sort of a place - completely deserted by 9pm each of the four nights we were there. Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. Having said that, the service was always very friendly and helpful. There's no a/c but it's quiet other than for the sound of the masts of the yachts nearby. Gorgeous location and breakfast was superb, especially the days we sat out on the terrace overlooking the estuary. Beautiful design but the indoor pool was not really useable. The glass roof made it feel like an oven in there. Very expensive for what it was, we thought, though even so, we would consider it again.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Solthus am See, nice room and the hotel was cosy an comfortable. The breakfast was a good standard, not in the highest end - but ok.
The pool was a bit small, but the SPA was super, one of the best I have visited.
We eat one night at the restaurant, the meal was good, but a a bit to high priced consider the quantity and quality.
We will absolutly consider visiting this hotel again.

Nicely positioned for the East coast attractions whilst very quiet lakeside location..Rooms modern and comfortable, staff helpful.
