Never again far too expensive for what you get!
Dinner is 4 courses. The salad buffet is meagre, soup is broth and main course not to eat! Complaint about this was laughably dismissed. Pool cold, room clean, bathroom small, no minibar. Hotel outdated.
For this money many nicer hotels in the area!

Very mixed stay
Location: Perfect for hiking enthusiasts
The location of the hotel is truly top-notch. One can start hiking directly from the house and explore the surroundings. However, for excursions in the wider area, it is advisable to have your own vehicle, as otherwise one is somewhat inflexible.
Hotel & Rooms: Solid, but aging
The room was fine and clean, but the entire hotel shows that it has been around for several years. Unfortunately, this also applies to the game room. Darts, foosball, table tennis, and billiards are available, but the equipment seems worn out – all but one of the pool cues were defective. Unfortunately, this does not invite one to play together in the room.
Wellness Area: Relaxation only somewhat possible
The wellness area is okay, but does not do justice to a 4-star wellness hotel. Particularly disappointing was the pool: The water was cold and did not invite relaxation at all.
Service: Friendly and attentive
We would like to highlight the service positively. The staff was consistently nice, friendly, and accommodating. Criticism was also received very well.
Catering: Breakfast okay, dinner disappointing
At breakfast, you find everything you need for a good start to the day – there is nothing to complain about here.
The dinner, on the other hand, was an absolute disappointment.
We are really not picky eaters and do not expect gourmet cuisine, but what was served here was unfortunately below all criticism. The dishes were barely seasoned, the pasta overcooked, and the meat tough and really hard to chew. The selection was also very limited. We did not manage to finish our plates on almost all evenings because it was simply inedible. Almost all the other guests we spoke to had the same impression.
When you look at the website and the promotional videos about the dining options in the house, you definitely expect something different.
Conclusion: Disappointed for the price
Overall, we were very disappointed and also a bit annoyed. Given the price charged, we expected significantly more. It is a mystery to us where the many positive reviews, especially for dinner, come from.

Quality and Service extremely small
From check-in to now, one faupax at a time.
Very unprofessional staff, you feel like you are disturbing as a guest and is not noticed. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. You don’t get a fixed seat, often have to wait a long time to be led to the table. You are asked for the room number again and again and have to specify at least 2 times a day what you want as a main course for dinner.
Far too few staff for the number of guests. Sometimes you get your wine poured, but often you just put it on the table without love. There's no restocking.
We were lucky in between and a waiter who understood his craft. Another waiter here is an absolute imposition.
When we mentioned that the food didn’t taste good, a waiter just said “Oh my God” and turned away annoyed.
The rooms are small, the bathroom tiny, you can hardly move in, no storage areas. Mold in the shower, cheap furniture + carpets, room service only every 3 days. No improvement possible on request.
On the first day get a semi-frozen baguette for 10€, after complaint get frozen baguette again with pampering response from the waitress that it is not her fault if the microwave does not work. It was calculated anyway. If the complaint was made again at the reception, it was then taken off the invoice.
Dinner is terrible. Stale, unlovingly dressed and bland. Canteen food is comparable. For dessert there is usually a small glass of cream, no choices, neither beautifully decorated nor tasteful.
At breakfast, there's a radio in the background with advertising, like in the retirement home. Overall, the breakfast is - if you will - the best thing about the hotel. If you want to pack a bun, however, you have to pay 10.50 €.
Overall, it seems as if you want to make as much profit as possible with the lowest possible cost structure. No attention to detail, little atmosphere throughout the hotel.
You will find appropriate clientele here. Mostly smokers smoking and coughing on the plastic chairs on the balcony in the morning. The smoke moves into the rooms and stinks. Don't come here with children.
The hotel is very noisy. Our room door has apparently been kicked in before and glued in need of help - this does not make a confidence-boosting impression.
The saunas are fine. But the area around it seems cool. Cheap loungers with attached cushions. Hardly any daylight. Old tiles, no decoration.
There are many hotels of the same category here, which would be preferable in any case. The Mood, the staff and especially the food.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Elements.
The poor reviews here have so far apparently given management no reason to remedy the obvious shortcomings and create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable as a guest.

Price - performance not right!!!
The service is nice and friendly but also completely unorganized, at HP you give the desired meal on a note in the morning. In the evening they ask again which food we would like to bring the wrong food when serving. This happened not only with us but also some other guests.
In the evening, crumbs , eggshell and a used napkin could still be found in the restaurant on the floor of the breakfast, which were still there the following day.
We had mold in our shower.
The swimming pool was often occupied by many children , so wellness (rest) was unthinkable.
The location, the Christlessee is not visible from the hotel and is more of a pond than lake, a walk around the "lake" was done in 5 minutes. The hotel itself has no direct neighbor but before and after there are or still come some inns ,houses ,hostel etc.
Conclusion , the price-performance ratio is not right here.
Oh, when checking out no demand whether we were satisfied or whether we liked it !
Would we go on holiday there again? No!!
Very good location
