You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. 1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay in cleaning will be liable for any resulting costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their home. Please contact us if you want to book in your own home. 3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the non-smoking policy will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. Guests with pets are kindly requested to contact the property prior to the stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking cards. Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in the dwellings to monitor excessive volume. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 9.
