Nice little "relax hotel" in Obermaiselstein

Very cosy relaxation hotel with very good breakfast, coffee of your choice, egg dishes are freshly prepared on request. We had a room (west), generously sized. Bathroom is a bit small. Hosts and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

A place to feel good and enjoy

We had a beautiful room with balcony and mountain views. The welcome and also the care in the house were perfect, we felt completely taken care of.
The breakfast room and also the common room are comfortably furnished, there is a beverage refrigerator. You like to stay there.
The sauna area is very appealing. Due to the bad weather, the boss turned on the sauna earlier.
We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Hotelleitung nicht kulant

Über das Hotel an sich kann ich nichts sagen, aber zur Hotelleitung schon. Nach einem schweren Unfall meinerseits und einer gleichzeitigen schweren Erkrankung meiner Frau musste ich den bereits gebuchten Aufenthalt stornieren und voll bezahlen. Dass es keine kostenlose Stornierungsmöglichkeit gab, wusste ich.
Später telefonierte ich mit einem der beiden Eigentümer, der mir nach unserer Genesung eine mögliche Kulanzregelung in Aussicht stellte. Mit einer Email schrieb ich das Hotel jetzt an und wies auf die in Aussicht gestellte Kulanzregelung bzgl. eines im selben Monat geplanten Aufenthalts hin. Meine Frau und ich wären ja schon mit einer kleinen Geste der Kulanz zufrieden gewesen. Leider habe ich auf meine Email auch nach drei Wochen keinerlei Reaktion erfahren. Eine Antwort hätte ich zumindest erwartet!
Dieses Verhalten des Eigentümerpaares spricht nicht gerade für das Hotel. Daher werden wir es für zukünftige Aufenthalte nicht mehr berücksichtigen und unsere Erfahrung auch an andere weitergeben.

Schade, koennte besser sein

Nettes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Fruehstueck mit frischen Fruechten und Broetchen etc. Schoene Saunen und Ruheraum mit Ausblick.
Das Hotel könnte ein echter Geheimtipp sein wenn da nicht wäre:
Hellhörige Zimmer, harte Matratzen und quietschende Betten. Leider war ein offenlassen der Fenster (keine Klimaanlage) bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht möglich da der Zigarettenrauch der benachbarten Balkon Benutzer direkt zu uns ins Zimmer zog, auch nachts!

Nettes Hotel FREUNDLICHKEIT kleingeschrieben

Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen gewählt. Es gab keinerlei Tipps oder Hinweise des Betreiberpaares bezüglich Ausflugshinweisen! Nur das nötigste wurde mitgeteilt.
