A wonderful family run hotel
Local groups finishing meetings, people while others pop in to meet friends for a drink.Excellent bar, great atmosphere. Katrina welcomed us on our evening arrival and was a great ambassador ,not just for hotel but for good hospitality.
We had a magnificent dinner on our second night and took the advice of the staff. Goose and wild boar was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️very seasonal
There is a great Chef in the kitchen. The bar is welcoming and warm. The room spotless and impeccable.
Great place to stay.

Disappointing
First you get a room right next to a lounge , the balcony of which ends directly under our window.There then drunken, potting craftsmen were accessed directly outside our window.After complaint the room was changed the next day.Exactly one floor up.
So also the same game every night.
From a beautiful beer garden in a great atmosphere was far and wide nothing to see and sorry from friendly staff unfortunately nothing.
Breakfast was the only thing that was quite OK.The restaurant itself....well.That's for everyone to decide.
Conclusion:
Never again.
And another tip to the staff.
When you arrive, you might ask once how the journey was or wish you a nice ride home on departure.Or maybe just a smile.
Finally, it should be mentioned that the area was fantastic.
