Shame on this hotel

Reservation paid before arrival and now they cancel due to supossed overbooking, the day of the check in... when I am in the airport ready to flight to Germany. They just dont care about the problem created to me and my business trip to New Brandenburg. No choice, no alternative... total lack of proffesionality and TOTAL SHAME ABOUT THIS HOTEL AND ITS MANAGEMENT. I WISH I COULD TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINTS THIS UNFAIR SITUATION CREATED BY THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL.

Nice and calm

Hotel is located just outside the city center (10 min by car). Rooms are nice and clean. Toilet a bit small. Great playroom for kids in basement and a great restaurant with a nice German atmosphere. Would recommend for a one night stop. Wifi works, but a bit slow.

OK für ein/zwei Nächte

Pro: grosse Zimmer, sauber, sehr Fahrradfreundlich (man bot uns ungefragt an, unsere Fahrraeder in einem speziellen Raum einzuschliessen ueber Nacht), ruhig, freundliches Personal, angemessener Preis mit eingeschlossenem einfachem Fruehstueck, viele kostenlose Parkmoeglichkeiten
Con: extrem kleines Bad ( weniger als 3 m^2, man hat kaum Platz sich abzutrocknen nach dem Duschen, nichts fuer Leute ab 1,90 m Groesse), nur eins der Fenster ist verdunkelbar, bei dem anderen fehlte das Rollo -> es wird morgends sehr hell, nur fuer Leute zu empfehlen, die 6 Uhr aufstehen muessen, Einchecken an Feiertagen nur bis 18 Uhr moeglich, bei uns wurde zum Glueck eine Ausnahme gemacht, da auf unserem Booking.com-Ausdruck stand, dass wir von 15-20 Uhr einchecken duerfen und wir uns darauf eingestellt hatten und es einfach nicht schafften das Hotel 18 Uhr zu erreichen, Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet, ein paar km von Neubrandenburg-Zentrum.

Besser anderes Hotel wählen

Traurige Nummer das Ganze. Der äußere Eindruck wird innen bestätigt. Nicht zu empfehlen. Papierdünne Durchgangstür im Zimmer zum Nachbarzimmer. Man hört alles klar und deutlich. Nie wieder! Der Zimmernachbar steht quasi mit im Raum. Typischer DDR Bau.

Miese Masche

Das Hotel hat mir eine Matratzenreinigung von über 150,- gestellt und abgebucht. Nach mehrfachem Fragen bekam ich die Antwort das ich weiß was ich mit der Matratze gemacht habe. Habe den Herrschaften versucht zu erklären das ich es nicht weiß. Nur leider interessiert es die Herrschaften nicht. Wie ich herausgefunden habe hatten sie meiner Firma eine Begründung geschickt das ich angeblich auf die Matratze uriniert hatte. Dies entspricht nur nicht der Wahrheit und wird zur Anzeige gebracht.
