Please stabilize the internet connection; otherwise, it was perfect!

I have stayed at the Johanniter Guesthouse several times before, now for the first time after the renovation of House 3. The rooms have turned out very nice, with beautiful wooden floors, good beds, a wonderful bathroom area, and they are very quiet. The breakfast, as always, is very plentiful, and the renovated restaurant is very pleasant. One downside: The internet connection works sometimes and sometimes does not! Not good for a conference center! Something needs to happen here! Another compliment for the underground garage with charging stations for electric vehicles!

Whole weekend wifi not working.
Note: the hotel is quite big, it is composed of several builduings , but there is no airconditioning. Luckely for us the temperture was just fine, but when you have to stay on a hot day it might be an issue.
Bus to city centre tip: buy a day-ticket , cheaper than 2x one-way tickets.
Nice: there is a bakery conditorei next to the hotel.

Wrong room assigned and bad Check-in experience

Extremely disappointed with the service here. My elderly parents arrived (Ref: 6647035601) to find their room assignments completely swapped due to a check-in error. Despite booking and paying for a triple room, they were placed in a smaller double. Because of their age and exhaustion from travel, they are now stuck in the incorrect room as they lack the energy to move again. Very poor management and distressing for the family. Waiting for a formal response and refund.

We always stay here when coming to Munster. Everything abouth this hotel is exceptional. They have off street parking. The staff are always extremely helpfull. They offer breakfast but we prefer to go to the bakery that is just a outside of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and have everything we need. The centrum is a 30 minute walk/ 5-10 minute drive away but there is a Rewe just around the cornor. I would highly recommend the Johanniter to anyone looking for sonewhere to stay when visiting Munster.

All SUPER 4 - 5 stars .

We arrived on Monday, April 13 at around 2 p.m. The reception was very -very
Friendly and cordial (a younger -one middle-aged and a gentleman of Asian origin)We got the room 212 - just great-super. I take the liberty of saying this-I've been working in the field at Dr.Oetker Foot-Service for several years
been and know a lot of hotels. I was also thrilled by your mural of a
Hot air balloons-I was one of the first balloonists and pilots of the 1975 World Championship in New Mexico. The next noon around 2:00 p.m.
I wanted to ask at the reception if we could have dinner for the evening
I asked the lady with the Asian appearance - I had just asked the question and was met by a lady sitting next to it
plumped that the dinners only for seminar guests and not for other guests
and the kitchen would have too much work. I referred the lady to her Internett appearance that you can order a meal for the evening for a fee .After this answer the lady became even more outrageous on which I
turned around and left - the lady screamed until the door. Such a lady does not belong in such a super house .Thanks to all other diligent helpers in your house. We would definitely come back.
