Please do not book

Absolutely not recommended. Outdated, unrenovated, shabby, ugly, ornate, tight, unreasonable.
At breakfast you only get bumped because of 8 tables 3 are too much in the room. The shower curtain is disgusting. The mirror's all broken. Room in the basement with no view. Completely outdated staircase. Lamps in a frill style from the last century. Plastic panelling made of foam panels on the walls as in the 60s. Cabinets pushed off. Ignorant receptionist. Strange parking on the Theresienwiese with app without barrier!?! Lots of chipped paint. Balcony furniture in the room.

3 stars are enough!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. At first glance the property looks beautiful, and indeed could be if they did a renovation. Our room was quite large and quiet but because a bit interned compared to others. The floor is parquet and being very old creaks both in the corridors and in the bedroom, also there was a flying wire between the chandelier and the door, the sink tap that moved, the WiFi did not take and overall it was not even too clean (unfortunately) but especially the double bed, that is 2 single beds clearly old and not too comfortable put together!! The location is definitely very convenient 10 minutes from Central Station. The staff was still friendly and the breakfast international although with few things but all in all good.

Pension in front of the Oktoberfest venue

It's a pension and not a hotel it's very old dates from the early 1900s it's located 15-20 min walk from Munich train station right in front of where the Octoberfest is organized There's a supermarket nearby, a burger king and a Rodizio Brasileroy it's located 5 min walk from a U-Bhan station It doesn't have a fridge, as it's very old when you walk around having a pine tree floor it's very noisy therefore it's annoying The place for breakfast is very small and as it has many tables it's quite uncomfortable To get up to the reception it's done by stairs and it doesn't have an elevator

Terrible.

Terrible hotel. I give a star because zero is impossible. Spiders in the bed, terribly dirty room, hair in drawers, at night traffic in the corridors of people talking loudly .. we left the facility earlier than we had planned to stay despite paying.
