Large room, comfy beds, air conditioning (that we wished went colder and stayed on), big bathroom, excellent shower, our room was quiet. WiFi didn't work very well up on 2nd floor rear. Nothing really to complain about but would have liked a kettle.

We did have an issue with the plumbing which we reported and was never fixed. We mentioned it a few times but nothing was done. Other that the issue, we were happy with the hotel and our visit

Modest hotel

Large clean room but old furnishings, not renovated, close to train station and Altstadt but becareful at night on this street. Breakfast was excellent, staff all friendly.

Nice hotel

Neat and neat hotel in Schillerstraße 8 , near Karlsplatz, the train station and the Alte Stad. It has nice rooms and an affordable price for a four star hotel.
The room was spacious but lacked a coffee machine.
Lots of choice for breakfast and tasty too.
Excellent location to visit all corners of the city.
We had a lovely stay.

The Room had No A/C at least it wasn’t working for us. Front desk was very slow when it came to check in, the toilet in our bathroom looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, the shower curtain was broken, wasn’t even attached to the rings to make it slide along the shower pole, shampoo dispenser in shower wasn’t even put together
The bed sheets had stains on them
