Great location, good breakfast, very clean and nice and quiet. Only critique was that the refrigerator in my room did not work but otherwise I really liked this place.

Breakfast staff

The hotel is well located and the rooms are fine. The buffet is ok. The reception staff is very friendly but the girls who are serving at lunch are quite unfriendly. You ask them for something and they give you a look.

Hotel itself very nice, good breakfast. Friendly staff helped a bit with parking issues first day and ice the first two mornings (but not the last). Neighborhood interesting - some sketchy businesses (exotic dance halls & casinos), but numerous hotels & families walking around. A substantial walk or short ride to major Munich sites.

Central location, good breakfast

I stayed at the AWA Hotel for 2 nights as part of a business trip to Munich. The room was clean and functional, Wi-Fi stable. Highlights include a rich breakfast with a selection of dishes. Location in the train station district of Munich, but ideal for the short walk to the main train station.

Proximity to the German Theatre

Nice budget hotel in a good location, very close to the Deutsches Theater. Maybe not the best street, parking garage nearby (a bit narrow). The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the breakfast was a highlight! The good proximity to the city also makes the hotel a clear recommendation.
