Location, location, location

We picked this hotel because we are arrived from the central station and were planning leaving from the central station to the airport. The hotel was literally across the street with one crosswalk. The metro train lines U4 and U5 also about half block below the hotel. Front desk staff Elaine was fabulous and helpful. We check In early ( around 1 pm) and Elaine expedited our room cleaning and advised us to enjoy the complementary coffee machine and left over breakfast pastries while we waiting. We requested a quiet room and got room 614 （ facing the courtyard). The room was totally renovated and modern feel with two double beds. We slept great for two nights. Be advised that the hotel currently is still under renovation （ all the rooms facing the street side on our sixth floor), but we did not heard any noises.

Very disappointing experience. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and the only solution offered was a small fan.
On our last day, a staff member at breakfast was rude to us because of our one-year-old babies, comparing them to her own grandchildren and making us feel unwelcome. What upset us even more was that after speaking to us, she started talking about us with another guest and laughing while looking in our direction.
We travel frequently with our child and have visited more than 10 countries, but we have never been treated this way before. Families with young children deserve respect and kindness.

Very nice hotel. Clean and very modern up to latest standards and right across the street from the central station. We were on the sixth floor and the hotel is very quiet and insulated from any noise on the street. About a ten minute walk from the central tourist area and shops. Good location and good breakfast also. I would stay here again.
