Great hotel near Frankfurt/Oder.

Hotel highly recommended, staff super friendly and professional, the cuisine deserves stars.

Very good

We were as a family on Good Friday for lunch at the restaurant.
We are very happy with the service.
It all worked out excellently. The food was delicious and visually well served. The staff. was friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff, food expandable

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and had a great view of the lake.
The breakfast buffet was really good and left nothing to be desired. Only the coffee was thin and a disappointment. You can get a latte macchiato for a fee. Unfortunately, it was also thin. It's too bad.
We also had dinner there 1x, were also attentive and politely served. The food gets only 3 out of 5 stars - it often lacked salt, vegetables were partially cooked. The potatoes reminded me a bit of the school meal. We recommend the salad with chicken and the pizza.

Ambience modern, view magical.
The 1. We liked impression.
As a guest, we have at times found ourselves a necessary evil. The feeling of being welcome as a guest has unfortunately not arisen. The culinary delights average. The goose leg sauce was similar to a broth. The espresso with ice highly recommended.
Our overall impression, there is a lack of specialist staff in this location.

absolutely positive

Unfortunately, we were unable to start our trip at short notice due to a death in the family. Haus Katharinensee was very accommodating with the cancellation costs, which also deserves a very positive review.
